Healthy Community Partnership

The South Milwaukee-St. Francis Health Department coordinates the South Milwaukee-St. FranHCP LOGOcis Healthy Community Partnership, which is a community coalition with a mission to increase the overall health of South Milwaukee and St. Francis through networking of community agencies, increasing awareness of community resources, and providing education on health and wellness.

The collaboration includes individuals from various sectors in both communities including law enforcement, health care, government, education, child development, business, public health, and many more. Community members from each city are also represented.
